The following pictures show the modification made to the system board to make the mobile GE Mastr II into a repeater. The www has an abundance of information on this subject.

On the solder side of the system board, cut the board traces at the 7 points denoted by the red markings. Add the two white jumpers. This complete the mods on the solder side.
